Welcome to VCHR Jewels (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.

2. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

If you create an account with us:

You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. PRODUCT NATURE & HANDCRAFTED DISCLAIMER

All VCHR Jewels products are:

Individually handcrafted.
Made-to-order or customised based on customer specifications.
Subject to natural variations in gemstone, metal, and finishing.

Due to the nature of handcrafted jewellery:

Minor variations in weight, dimensions, and appearance may occur.
These variations are not considered defects but part of the uniqueness of the product.

4. ORDER PROCESS & CAD APPROVAL

Order Workflow

Order is placed
Payment is received (full or as agreed)
CAD (Computer-Aided Design) is created
Customer approval of CAD
Production begins

Important Conditions

CAD creation will only begin after payment is received.
Once CAD is approved, it is considered final design confirmation.
Production begins strictly after CAD approval.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled only before CAD approval.
Once CAD is finalized/approved, cancellation is not permitted.

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation before CAD approval may be subject to design and processing charges.
Any applicable charges will be deducted from the refund.

6. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept multiple international currencies.
Payment must be completed before CAD creation or at the time of placement.

Failure to complete payment may result in order delay or cancellation.

7. PRODUCT PRICING VARIATION

Due to the custom manufacturing nature:

Final gold weight may slightly vary from the estimated weight.
Stone size and setting may have minor tolerances.

Adjustment Policy:

If weight increases → additional charges may apply.
If weight decreases → difference may be adjusted/refunded.

8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer worldwide shipping.
Custom duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.
