At VCHR Jewels, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. As most of our Jewellery is made-to-order or customised based on individual preferences, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of bespoke craftsmanship.

By placing an order with VCHR Jewels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. INTRODUCTION

At VCHR Jewels, every piece is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. As most of our Jewellery is made-to-order or customised based on individual preferences, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to balance customer satisfaction with the nature of bespoke craftsmanship.

By placing an order with VCHR Jewels, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. RETURN REQUEST WINDOW

Customers must notify us of any return request within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be eligible for return or refund
  • Exceptions, if any, will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

A return will only be considered if all the following conditions are met:

  • The return request has been approved in advance by VCHR Jewels
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • The product is returned with:
    • Original packaging
    • Invoice/proof of purchase
    • Certification (if applicable)

Meeting the above conditions does not automatically guarantee approval, as all returns are subject to internal review and quality inspection.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Custom-made or personalised Jewellery
  • Made-to-order pieces (including ring sizes made specifically for the customer)
  • Orders for which CAD design has been approved
  • Items purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or special sales
  • Jewellery altered, resized, or repaired by a third party
  • Products returned without prior approval

👉 In rare and exceptional circumstances, requests may be reviewed at our sole discretion.

5. RING SIZE POLICY

  • Returns or refunds are not accepted due to ring size issues
  • Resizing may be offered:
    • Subject to design feasibility
    • Additional charges may apply
    • Shipping costs are borne by the customer

6. RETURN APPROVAL PROCESS

Before sending any item back, customers must contact us for approval.

  • Unauthorised returns will not be accepted or processed
  • We are not responsible for items sent without prior confirmation

7. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The return shipment must be:
    • Securely packaged
    • Fully insured
    • Sent via a trackable courier

VCHR Jewels is not liable for:

  • Lost shipments
  • Damaged returns during transit

8. QUALITY CHECK & INSPECTION

All returned products undergo a strict Quality Check (QC) process.

We reserve the right to:

  • Reject the return if the product does not meet our standards
  • Apply deductions if:
    • The item shows signs of wear or usage
    • There is any physical damage
    • Certification is missing or tampered
    • The item has been altered or handled by a third party

9. DEDUCTIONS & RESTOCKING

Approved returns may be subject to deductions, including but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing and labour costs
  • CAD/design development charges
  • Metal and diamond market fluctuations
  • Payment gateway/transaction fees
  • Polishing, repair, or restoration costs

Deduction percentages are not fixed and will be determined based on the specific case after inspection.

10. REFUND PROCESS

Once the returned item is:

✔ Received
✔ Inspected
✔ Approved

The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on banks and payment providers
  • Any applicable deductions will be communicated prior to refund

11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, along with:

  • Clear photos/videos
  • Order details

After review, we may offer:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Store credit or refund (as deemed appropriate)

12. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Returns are generally not accepted
  • Shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable

However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

13. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

All certified Jewellery must be returned with the original certificate.

Failure to provide certification may result in:

  • Return rejection, or
  • Additional deduction for re-certification

14. FRAUD & MISUSE PROTECTION

  • Refuse returns that appear fraudulent or abusive
  • Deny repeated or unreasonable requests
  • Take appropriate action in cases of policy misuse

15. FINAL AUTHORITY

All decisions regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and deductions are made at the sole discretion of VCHR Jewels.

Such decisions shall be final and binding.
