2. ORDER PROCESSING & MANUFACTURING
All orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
- For custom or made-to-order jewellery, production begins:
- After order confirmation, or
- After CAD (Computer-Aided Design) approval, where applicable
⏱ Production Timeline:
- Standard designs: 7–14 business days
- Custom jewellery: 10–21 business days
Once the piece is completed, we may share final visuals or confirmation before dispatch.
👉 Important:
If the customer requests any modification after order confirmation or during production, the manufacturing timeline will restart from day one.

We offer worldwide shipping, including but not limited to:
- United States
- United Kingdom & Europe
- Canada
- Australia
- UAE
Shipping availability to certain countries may depend on logistics partners. Customers are advised to confirm before placing an order if unsure.

We work with trusted global logistics providers such as:

- Brinks (for high-value shipments, where applicable)

🇮🇳 Domestic Orders (India):

9. ADDRESS CHANGES & DELIVERY CONTROL
- Shipping address must be correct at the time of order
- Address changes must be requested before dispatch
👉 Once shipped:
- We cannot reroute or modify delivery details
- Any changes made directly with the courier are at the customer’s risk

📦 Damaged or Tampered Shipment:
- Must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Customer must provide:
- Photos/videos of packaging and product
Failure to report within this timeframe may affect claim eligibility.
12. FAILED DELIVERY & RETURN SHIPMENTS
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept shipment
Then:
- The shipment may be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- Any customs or logistics costs incurred will be deducted
